Given the price of whine in the bottles of the greatest vintages, we need now real vaults to keep them safe. Furthermore, our customers, especially in Asia, are very demanding concerning storage conditions. They like to know where and how their bottles are stored at a constant temperature of 16 degrees while waiting for delivery, explains Louis BALLANDE who heads a family-owned group (fifth generation) employing 900 people in both hemispheres and realizing 300 million euros in turnover.
